Cybersecurity Engineer

Pioneer Technologies is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to help design, implement, and improve security controls across enterprise technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Support security engineering across cloud, network, identity, endpoint, and application environments.
• Assess vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation, and strengthen preventive and detective controls.
• Assist with incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and security documentation.
• Partner with infrastructure, application, data, and business teams to integrate security into technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity engineering, security operations, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of modern security frameworks, vulnerability management, identity controls, cloud security, and incident response.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience in cybersecurity engineering, security operations, vulnerability management, cloud security, or a related discipline.
